Responsible for the overall growth of the maintenance contract base in London and the Southeast, in line with the company strategy. Contract growth will come predominantly from the Daikin Applied chiller installed base and by forging stronger relationships with our customer portfolio FMs and End Users. 

The AHU Site Supervisor will report to our Cramlington Office and can be based remotely either in the North or the South but will be expected to travel daily within the UK and overseas. The main function of this role will be to work on-site to manage the AHU site, Refurbishment, Test and Spares and give support to AHU Projects as well as Warranty and Quality Control. They will develop, perform, and supervise service programmes for start-up and testing on all Daikin projects and sites. 

 The AHU Electrical Service Supervisor will be based at our Cramlington facility, and the main function of this role will be to work on site work to manage AHU site, Refurbishment, Test and Spares and give support to AHU Projects as well as Warranty and Quality Control. They will develop performs and supervise service programmes for start-up, testing on all Daikin projects and sites. 

 The Controls Engineer is responsible for the development of controls, technical support to the factory and market application to suit customer requirements in all HVAC markets. They will report to the Engineering and Controls Manager and support other Controls Engineers and Production Electricians where necessary.
