Case study - CPL Landmark Pinnacle

The tallest residential building in Western Europe, Landmark Pinnacle is a 75 story development at London’s prestigious Canary Wharf.

Landmark Pinnacle is a 233-metre (764 ft) skyscraper under construction by developer Chalegrove Properties in Marsh Wall on the Isle of Dogs, London. It is set to be the tallest residential building in Europe and will have more habitable floors than any other building in Europe.

Daikin Applied UK supplied 6 EWAD-T air cooled screw chillers with high efficiency and reduced noise, for installation on the roof, making them the highest chillers in the UK.

“The CPL Landmark Pinnacle project, in London (UK) involves a 239 meters high building with a tight roof footprint. Daikin units EWAD730T-XRB2 provided exactly the needed capacity in a limited space, being the right technical and financial choice
