Chiller Factory – Cecchina (Rome)
Over 20,000 sqm of manufacturing space
Produces 10,000+ chillers and 5,000+ compressors per year
Includes dedicated lines for air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
New Small Inverter Chiller factory (2021) for make-to-stock units
AHRI and Eurovent-certified test labs, with remote witness testing available
Advanced climatic chamber for performance testing under extreme conditions
AHU Factory – Settala (Milan)
Daikin’s largest European AHU facility
Dedicated production lines for centralised and decentralised systems
In-house panel manufacturing, foam injection, and sealing for precision builds
Modular L assembly for compact, plug-and-play AHUs
Integrated control setup and testing, ensuring fast installation and commissioning
Inverter Factory – Vicenza
Dedicated to Daikin’s Power Electronics Division
In-house development and production of inverter drives
MES-managed one-piece flow assembly for quality and efficiency
EPA zones, ESD protection, and high-precision test benches
Direct integration into Daikin screw compressors
